My over hanging header is haging over page content

Hi yall :o) My over hanging sticky header is hanging over page content. How do i make it not cover up the page content

Thanks for reaching out.

Since your header using a position absolute to make it float/hanging. I suggest that you hide your sticky header initially so that your content will be visible. To do that, go your bar sticky option and check the box for hide initially.
