My Mobile Menu Is Not Working

And the menu is not working on mobile. Can you please help?

Thanks for writing in! We cannot log in because the given username is invalid.

By the way, I have inspected your site and I found out that you are still using X Shortcodes plugin. Please be informed that this plugin has been deprecated since version X theme 4.x.

Please deactivate and delete X Shortcodes 3.0.5 plugin. Please take note that X shortcodes 3.0.5 and its functionality has been consolidated into Cornerstone which is already installed in your site.

If ever you are not using X Shortcodes already then there has something in your child theme that created a JS error which has affected the mobile menu not to function as expected.

Hi there, we didnt have X Shortcodes plugin on this site, so that cant be the problem. Ive reattached the updated password

Hi Adwin,

Upon investigating your issue further, I found that your child theme customizations are the cause of this issue. When I switched back to your parent theme, your mobile menu started to function properly.

You need to check your child theme customizations to identify your issue further.

Thank you for this, we realize that is the issue, we are hoping you have a solution to the issue as this worked prior to your latest update.
