Thanks for reaching out.

There are already Four licenses is listed in your Themeco account dashboard, can you please specify for which one you are having the issue.
It would be great if you can please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine the issue further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
