When i open launch and choose to change header it stays stuck in loading screen…

Do you see any errors etc or does it just get stuck? Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all other plugins and checking if it works correctly?
If it still doesn’t work, please post some WP Admin Login and FTP details in a secure note. We can then further debug for you.
