My fontawesome icon doesn't appear

Hi there,

I have installed font awesome in theme.css. But, the icon doesn’t appear. You can see it in my attachment. How to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out.

The theme has its own font awesome built-in library and adding another one will have no effect since it would require special integration to theme’s core. Please remove your installed font awesome and provide the URL where the icons are missing, it should work without another library as long as it’s added based on theme standard.

Hi there,

I have removed the font awesome library that i installed before, but the icon still doesn’t appear. The URL is anggriani.com, you can check it in the footer section.

Please head over to X -> Theme Options -> Social area and set your social profile links first.

Then head over to X -> Theme Options -> Footer area and enable social footer icons.

Hi there,

Yes, the social icon appear with that way. But, that’s not the layout i wanted. I still want the social link appear at the side of office address. Is there another way?

X uses a style syntax slightly different from vanilla FontAwesome. Easiest way to do what you want would be to simply copy the HTML from X’s social icons in your footer, and paste that in your custom text.
