My event on plugin slider doesn't work

Hi, I am Juanjo Llopico. I am writing you because I am using the plugin “Myevent On”, external from X Pro (https://www.myeventon.com) and I am using the event slider (which I bought) to use it in the theme by shortcode but when I use that shortcode (slider mode) it doesn’t appear as I would like or just doesn’t appear well.

The shortcode I use is this one: [add_eventon_slider slider_type="multi" slide_style="imgbg" slide_auto="no" slide_nav_dots="yes" el_type="pe" pec="ft" fixed_date="01" fixed_month="01" fixed_year="2018" event_count="4"]

How could I fix it? because when I use the event list shortcode, all past event appears but when I use the slider NOT.

It looks like you’re having an issue with a 3rd party plugin. Regretfully, we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. We are open instead to investigate if there’s a conflict with our theme but please note that we do not guarantee a fix nor compatibility for conflicting plugins.

Before we investigate, please do all the troubleshooting steps listed in our
Common Issues article. Let us know if the issue persists with only our updated parent theme and the conflicting plugin active on your site.
