My Custom Fonts

I have tried the suggestions from this forum in the post Can't Upload Woff or Woff2 files with no success. No matter what I do, I get the error message below. I am trying to use a custom font with X-Pro’ font manager to upload .otf format fonts.

“Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.”

First thing you need to do is convert your font file format to “Woff” or “Woff2” format using any of the services available.

Just do a simple Google search on how to convert font format.

Then upload and you’ll see good to go.

I am using custom font and this is exactly what I did.

:grinning:

I have converted these to .woff and they do indeed upload to the server. They now appear in the Media Library; however, they are not accessible in the X-Pro font manager.

UPDATE: I contacted my Host provider and they resolved the issue. Thank you for your response.
