My cornerstone doesn't work

Hi Team,

I did some of other post suggestions like deleting the cornerstone plugin and installing the latest one, working with the themes, still my cornerstone doesn’t work.

It’s in chess-teacher.com could you please help me resolve the issue

Thanks for reaching out!

I just check your website and you have outdated X theme and cornerstone plugin. Your current X version is 6.0.2 then X latest version is 8.2.3 and your current Cornerstone plugin is 3.0.2 then the latest version is 5.2.3. I suggest that you update your theme and plugin to the latest version. To do that, first, delete the cornerstone plugin to avoid any conflict when updating your X theme. Second, update the X theme to the latest version, and last, installing again the cornerstone plugin, you will see it on the upper part of your dashboard.

Hi Team,

How can i get latest xtheme download in my dashboard i can only see pro download. Earlier i had two licenses but now its showing only one.

Hi Hariharan,

It seems that you have upgraded your X theme to Pro, so there is no option to download the X anymore. But you can download the X from your Envato account from where you have purchased it previously.
