My Contact page is not rendering

If you go to this link you’ll see my contact page is not rendering correctly. It contains some classic elements, so it could be that. Also I have added some JS files to my Minify settings in W3 Total Cache, so it could be that. I’m not sure. This is what the page should look like, taken from Cornerstone:

Thanks for writing in! You have applied fade effects to the columns.

The effect did not get triggered as there are JS errors on the page which resulted in the page not being rendered. This issue could be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

Hi @demonboy,

It will be very difficult to tell you that. It might be added to Theme Options > JS or added to Page JS or it can be injected using any plugin. I would suggest you go through the common issues troubleshooting suggest by my colleague in his post.
