My Contact Form 7 checkboxes don't show up

I have a very simple contact form but when I try to add a checkbox, only the label shows up. What am I doing wrong??

I tried adding the Checkbox shortcode of Contact Form 7 in my test sites and it works. This means that there’s something causing the issue in your site.

Please first do the following troubleshooting procedures if applicable.

1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
3. THEME UPDATE
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. DISABLING CACHE
7. DISABLING CDN
8. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

If none of that helps, please contact the Contact Form 7 support. Regretfully, we do not provide 3rd party plugin support and I’ve already tested that Contact Form 7 Checkbox with our Theme and it displays correctly. If it’s a bug with our theme, I should’ve experienced the issue too.
