I suggest that you add the license code to your account. Please log in to your themeco account and press the Add New Product button and enter your product key.
On the other hand, this website is not on WordPress http://www.mosaic.ca/ and we can’t also access this link http://www.mosaic.ca/mosaic/

Hi @Leprojet251,
It seems you are using the Navigation Inline element to show the menu, but the element does not have the option for the burger menu. So what you need to do is make this Navigation Inline element hide in mobile and tab breakpoints.
And add another Navigation Collapse element, which is only visible in those breakpoints where the previous one is hidden.
