My background image keeps disappearing

Hi all —

For some reason, with the most recent update of my Wordpress and Theme X and Cornerstone, my background image for the page keeps disappearing and is replaced by an all white background, even though the background is not set to white.

The most success I’ve had so far is installing a third party background image plugin, but even that cannot defeat the white background which seems to invade whenever it wants to.

It might be the issue of custom code or cache issue, I would suggest you please remove the custom code and purge all the cache then check it. If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot common issue before we investigate your settings.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Exact Page URL
