My background disappears

Hello,

I’ve made a new page www.chez-cirqaurant.com

In the settings menu of the page I’ve put a picture as a background of the whole page. When I load the page the background is not visible.If I scroll on the loaded page the background appears.

How can this be?

I checked your given page URL. I can’t see any page background image set on your given page URL

To set the Page background image. Please follow these steps.

1. Go to your page
2. Go to Page Settings --> Background Image(s)

Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

I have solved the problem by adding a background to the section. But now the background is scrolling when I scroll down and I would like to have it fixed.

How can I fix the background.

Hello Jeroen,

I can not see any section with a background image on your given page URL. It might be the issue of custom CSS code or please sure you have not Enabled the Background Parallax settings.
