Hi there,

Thanks for posting in.

There are errors including the map plugin error and google map error, then another from WP List error. I deactivated the mapplic plugin and it has no effect, so the main issue could be from the combination of multiple different issues. Before I go further, would you like to switch to staging first? I may alter some setting and testing and I don’t want to do it in a live, any mistake could put your site down.

Thanks!

Yes, please, and thank you!

I have pushed the site to WPEngine’s Staging server. I’ll add the server address to the secure note.

Hi there,

It works now in your staging, the culprits are the two map plugins and the slider. Could you try disabling those two in your live site and remove the slider at the bottom?

The slide issue is because of jQuey easing and seems like something is affecting the built-in easing functionality as I can’t reproduce this on any of my installation. Please try those on your live site first.

Thanks!

I’ll try it. There has never been an issue with these plugins before, and all are critical to the website. Is it possible to roll back X and Cornerstone to a time when they all worked together? I can restore a backup to do this…

Hi @davidayates,

In that case, you should roll back and have the third party plugin developer investigate the issue caused by his plugin.

Regarding the warning messages, please follow this article to hide them. A report has already been submitted about that. It is only a warning though so it is not critical to the functioning of your site.

Thanks.
