Multisite Site Duplication Results in Broken XPro Theme

We’ve duplicated our English site in Multisite in preparation of setting up the French site, however after cloning it, the whole front-end of the site is not rendering properly and the Admin site of things is not showing in the same manner as the English side.

It’s not asking us for another license and we have all plugins disabled for the time being as well. Can XPro not simply be duplicated for Multi-Site?

Very urgent if possible.
