So I am in the process of building out a WordPress multisite over at OrganoPest.com but the catch 22 is I have tried 2 different plugins now that are supposed to make all the sub sites share with the main site’s menus but I haven’t had any luck of them working with X.
My question to y’all is how would I go about doing this?
Hello There,
Thanks for writing in! With multi site setup, each site dashboard is depended on one WP installation. The pages, posts and the menu items are independent for each of these sites. If there is a need to have menu item that would like to your main site, you will have to create custom menus for each site. To know more how you can create a custom menu for your site, please check this out: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
Hope this helps.
