Multisite - Primary Color deleted

Hey,

I have a problem with a multisite we are running.

We are creating Posts in the main page and those are being copied into the other websites.
This all basically works fine. Now the problem:

  • My posts are made of dynamic content (Headlines, Feature images, etc)

The feature headline always uses the primary color of the dedicated website. That all used to work great (1st website the color was blue, second it was red, etc)

On 1 website i accidentally deleted the brand primary color. I added a new one and named it the same but now the copied posts don’t choose the primary brand color anymore. The color field is empty and now one has to manually add the color…
I am guessing the primary brand color has some sort of ID. Is it possible to some how get that primary brand color back into my color palette?

Looking forward to your answer!
Best regards,
Philipp

Thx for the reply,

is an Editor Role also ok? I would have to clarify the Admin rights for you and that would be a longer process.

Hi @PhilTone,

We need an admin username/password so that we can check the issue properly.

Thank you.
