Multisite Network, Problem Validating License on Site

Hi there,

For the first time am setting up a multisite network, and am trying to validate Pro on the first site I’m building on the network. I revoked a license and put the subdomain of my multisite network at the staging site. This is the error I’m getting:

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

Manage Sites

I’ve verified that the domain is correct, but can’t get it to validate. Can you help?

Thank you!

Hello @gavn8r,

To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation.

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:

Thank you.

Hi @RueNel,

Thank you for your quick reply! I just updated the secure note with the login info.

Hello @gavn8r,

I have logged in and the main site is validated now. I made some changes in your licenses’ site assignment too.
Please be aware that the updates in Multisite setup can only be in MySites > Network Admin > Dashboard > Updates. You won’t be able to update the theme is it is not active in the main theme. You’ll have to update it manually.

In your test.example.com or staging site, you can still use X theme even if it is not validated. All the features and functionalities should work without issues too.

Hope this helps.

Excellent. Thank you so much!

Okay, it looks like I have one more problem with this multisite network now that X Theme is validated. When I try to activate Cornerstone. It doesn’t matter if I try to activate it in Network Admin > Plugins, or “Main Site” > Plugins, or “Test Site” > Plugins, I get the same error each time:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Cornerstone_Plugin_Base, because the name is already in use in /var/www/vhosts/skorchedmedia.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/plugin-base.php on line 6

I can’t figure out what to do. Can you help with this?

Actually, Pro is working as an editor, so Cornerstone must not need to be activated?

Hi There,

If you’re using the Pro theme, you don’t have to activate the Cornerstone plugin anymore.

The Cornerstone plugin has been built in the Pro theme.

Regards!

Thanks @thai.
