Multiple Users Able to Edit a Page at the Same Time

Hello,
It seems that multiple people can edit the same page in Cornerstone at the same time. Is there a way to lock out multiple page editors in Cornerstone, or to create a notification that someone is already editing the page?

Thanks for writing in!

I can confirm that a multiple user can edit the page/post at the same time. Regretfully, we do not have any locking feature to prevent multiple users editing the same page as of this time. At the moment, you can only see who’s editing the page/post in the WP dashboard as shown below.

Anyways, we’ve added this as a feature request so it can be taken into consideration for future development. Once the developers fix this, it will be updated and rolled out in the next release update cycle.

Thanks @RueNel. If this feature could be added to the theme it would be a huge asset for us as some of our sites have over 100 users. It can get pretty messy out there :slight_smile:
