Our organization has 2 different twitter accounts. Is it possible to add another twitter account to the Social icon bar?

Yes it is possible. We would like to help you regarding this however it is quite a customization. It would be best that you will contact a developer to help you with it.
One way that I sawis to change other icon into a twitter icon.
