Multiple RevSlides in Pro Theme problem

Support

Hi, guys
I am a to WP and I am building website for my self. Thank you for such a great theme.

For some reason I couldn’t find the Search field on support forum…
I am having difficulty with Revslider on my home page in Pro theme. I tried to place slider two different ways: 1) placed slider as a shortcode in the text element within two different sections. 2) Add sliders as two revsliders elements. Unfortunately, in both cases I had only top slider displayed with line of text under it saying:

[cs_element_column _id=“12”][rev_slider slidermobile][/cs_element_column]

Any ideas?
Thank you

Hi There,

Please check if your slider is not set as HERO Slider, if it is set as a standard slider.

If that does not help, please provide your login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
