Hi - I’m having trouble with the header builder background video - if I load a .webm file it won’t work on Safari. And I am currently unable to load an .mp4 (which I suspect will work on all browsers), because whenever I try and load an mp4 into the media library, even if it’s a tiny 2.6MB file, it gives me the error message:
“Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found”.

In case it helps speed things up, I have upgraded to the latest versions of pro and wordpress, followed instructions in another help entry to convert mp4s using HandBrake, disabled all plugins and cleared the cache.
I have now managed to load an mp4 and add it as the background video in header builder, but it won’t play in Chrome - it looks broken into 3 panels and doesn’t play.
Sorry - I have the video working now. I ran it through handbrake again with different settings and it’s working on chrome and safari. No need for a reply now. Thanks!
