Moving WP with X to new host

I’m starting the process of moving my WP site to a new server (Amazon cloud-based). I’ve moved my data, but need to move X. How do I move/install X theme without buying it again?

And no, don’t even think of suggesting that plugin that’s free, but charges you if your file is more than 512k, because mine’s over a gig. There must be another way.
