Moving wordpress site

Hi Guys.

Thanks for your advise on creating a staging site, I’m now using staging pages to create sample websites for potentional clients. I now have a client who wants me to move the staging site to her wordpress site, can you confirm is this is the correct procedure.

Reset clients website
Clone staging site to new domain
The purchase and Intall The X Theme for that domain

Or do I

Reset clients website
The purchase and Intall The X Theme for that domain
Close staging site to new domain.
