Moving Toolbar back to default position

Hi

I somehow knocked my toolbar in cornerstone out of its proper place and now its horizontally across the top. I have tried dragging it around to a new position where it was but it keeps overlapping things and i have glitches scrolling up and down on it.

Can you help me get it back to its default position please?
