Moving payment buttons to top of the Checkout page

Good Morning, I have been struggling for weeks to move my payment buttons from the bottom to the top of the checkout page. Amazon is currently at the top center, however I would like to move the paypal payment button and the credit card button/form to the top. I would like them lined up in a row if possible. Also, when my customer clicks on creditcard we would like it to anchor down to fill out address information and so on and so forth. Please help. It seems that we have gotten code and such before but We can’t find a location to put the code or even find the short codes for these buttons. We have looked everywhere. X theme seems to almost hide the code so you can not edit it. Whether we are in the theme code, child theme or customizer. Any help or directions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you referring to the following part on the cart page? You want this button to move on the next page which is checkout page on the top?

Those buttons are added by Woocommerce Gateway Paypal Express Checkout plugin. Please checkin with the plugin author instead on how to move it’s location. You can’t find it in X theme. There are few customization for woocommerce on X theme. That part is not included but rather coming from another plugin.
