Im new in wordpress and I’d like to make “moving menu”, I mean that when i scroll down, the top bar will follow me so I don’t have to scroll through the whole page to get into another page by clicking for example: contact.
Sorry for being inaccuracy. And I have 1 more question. I’m using agency theme right now but i’d like to add some different templates but when I go to layout section, the list is empty ( there is no templates). Where can I download these templates? Is that child theme or what? I have downloaded child theme but doesnt’t it remove my whole progress when I activate it? I am sorry for my english, hope you understand what i wrote

Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe you’re looking for Sticky Header, I see you’re using X and you can enable Sticky Header in X by navigating to X > Theme Options > Header > Navbar > NAVBAR POSITION and select Fixed Top
