Moving Licenses into 1 Account

I have purchased 9 licenses over the past several years. 2 of them are in my account, the other 7 are probably in my account, but no clue what email address there were registered under. All were purchased through 1 account in Envato. Here is one of the licenses…

We do not have access to your Envato account to check the licenses, however I have found a total of 8 licenses in another account that includes the one you mentioned. This other account appears to belong to someone else in your organisation. We cannot just move the licenses to your account without the account holders permission or proof that they belong to you, therefore please either provide proof of purchase, or discuss with your colleagues who purchased them and ask them to log into their account and request the transfer to yourself on this thread.

As an aside, since this is a public forum, I have moved the license number to a secure note. If you need to share further sensitive or private details with us, please use this feature. You can do that by clicking the key icon underneath your post and then entering the details in the modal that appears.

So this is the problem…if you can provide me with the email address I can figure out who set up the account originally.I am not certain the person that originally set it up still is with us. Once I know this I can have that person work with me to get these into one account. I have all my licenses in my envato account which I can access as proof of purchase.

Ok, thanks for that. Just to be clear, I’m not disputing that you have the receipts in your Envato/Themeforest account, but we have no access to that to be able to verify ownership. However, if you can send me screenshots showing the license details within the one Envato/Themeforest account (including the ones that are correctly registered in your Themeco account so that I can see them together), I’ll then move them over. I’d suggest adding the screenshots to a Dropbox or similar folder and then sharing the link in a secure note.

In the meantime, I’ll also reach out to your former colleague so that we’re proceeding on both fronts.
