There must be a way to move an element between one container and another in the header builder but I can’t figure out how to do it. Dragging and dropping doesn’t work, how do I do this? Thanks.

The dragging and dropping would be work normally, can you share with us more details about this problem?
After doing more research I think this isn’t possible at the moment. You can drag and drop to rearrange within a container in the header/footer. But I need to move an element out of one container and into another I think this isn’t supported. Hopefully it will be soon it seems so necessary.

Yes it is. The skeleton mode will be available in the header/footer builder.
