Moved to cloudflare and now i can't load cornerstone

just switched over to cloudflare and now cornerstone in pro won’t load.

This is a known issue you need some custom settings in Cloudflare

It works on Safari, but not Chrome, even when incognito.

Under Speed in Cloudflare make sure to uncheck JavaScript & CSS.
Also try setting Cloudflare to Development Mode (so it temporarily disables it) and see if it works.

I did that and it doesn’t work in Chrome, but does in Safari.

Could you please try to purge the CloudFlare cache and try again?

Hey, @thai. I’ve purged the cache on cloudflare, it’s in development mode, and css and javascript minification are unchecked. It works in Safari, but not chrome, not even in incognito window.

Are you using any caching plugin? WpRocket ie…or CDN?

I’m using wpengine as my host, and they have their own caching system. I am also using their CDN.

Hm…i’m also on WpEngine, and was having some troubles with CF + WpRocket…I’m also using CDN, but KeyCDN, not WpEngines (MaxCDN)
Had to disable all speed settings on CF (rocket loader and minifications)
WpRockets handles the minification, but i had to exclude /wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/svg/interface.svg from CDN, because it was messing up the icons.

Do you use any other plugin for minification perhaps? Autoptimize?

Do you have the same problem on staging?

Try using Google Chrome Canary just to see if it works

Hi there @minyona,

As @beornbjorn suggested try excluding all X/Pro related assets from caching/CDN’s and see if it works correctly. If it still doesn’t work please post some WP Admin Login details in a secure note and we’d be happy to take a closer look.
