Moved site, settings lost but not lost

I’ve moved the site to a new host, have validated certificate again. The layout is all over the place.

However, if for example I look at the header in the pro editor it looks how it should, layout is there and correct.

But when I hit save it doesn’t update it still looks broken.

Regretfully, the site URL is not accessible from multiple locations and the devices, it shows DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error.

This can be related to security that blocks certain countries, I recommend checking this with your hosting provider as well.

I really need help getting the editor to save the proper layout

Regretfully, the site still not accessible and we can’t help you until it fixed. Please contact your hosting provider and asked them to disable first the security that blocks certain countries.

You have forgotten to include the username.
Please provide the following:

  • username
  • password

Meanwhile, go to Settings > General and make sure that you are using http since you do not have a valid SSL certificate.

I’ve deleted the ssl certificate for now

Just updating Pro to the latest version solved the issue.
