Move licence from one account to another

Hi there,

I have two Themeco accounts and one of them is not needed anymore by the end of the year. I would like to transfer the licences from that account (where I am also the owner) to this. I only found topics where you suggested the following:

For security purposes, we advise you to login into your ThemeCo dashboard using the first username you’ve provided and create a new thread. Then, copy the link of this thread to that ticket. We will cater your transfer requests from there.

Is that still the case or am I able to do that on my own somehow?

Hi Christian,

In order to transfer the License, you need to unlock the License from the existing account dashboard and add into to your other account.
