Can I convert my PRO license to an X license?

Please go to your licenses page (https://theme.co/apex/licenses) and see if you can upgrade your X Licenses to Pro.

Hello There,

The Pro theme is sold at Theme.co website. X theme on the other hand is exclusively sold in Themeforest. There isn’t a setting where you can downgrade Pro theme to X theme. What we can do is to issue a refund for the Pro theme and you can purchase X theme in Themeforest.

We will be happy to assist you with your request but is there any specific reason why you wish to downgrade Pro to X? Pro has some advanced features like the Header and Footer builder and the Design Cloud that is not available in X. In case you have any questions about Pro, feel free to ask us as we will be more than happy to assist you.

I understand that you think the Pro is complicated for your case, but the thing is that you purchased the theme in February and you had a lot of time to test and know that it is not ok for you.

Our refund policy allows for the refund for such cases but there is a time limit. I will ask our leadership team to get back to you but I will appreciate having a reply regarding the point I made.

Sorry to hear that you’re finding Pro too complex.

As my colleague suggested, we are somewhat beyond a reasonable period of review, since you purchased Pro over 5 months ago. However, if you want to go ahead and purchase X from ThemeForest, and add that license to your account (you can do that on your licenses page at https://theme.co/apex/licenses), I will then cancel and refund the Pro license. Just drop me a note here when you’ve done that and I’ll take care of it for you.
