Move an X theme license to a new account

There are currently 3 licenses on this account. I need to create a new account and move one of the licenses to a new account. I tried to set up a new account first but it won’t allow me to do that without a purchase code. How do I set up a new account and then transfer one of the licenses to it?

Thanks for writing in! Please post the license code you want to use for the new account. We can delete this license code from your account so that you can register a new account using one of your license codes.
