Thanks for asking. 
I suggest you adjust the logo image size dimension and probable crop out the empty area from logo image. Second, I also see an issue with logo logo container div. To adjust the space created by the logo in header you have applied a margin-top: -70px to .x-brand class, please see screenshot. https://screencast.com/t/ZV30t2y8XEX. Suggest you to please remove the same as it’s not required.
If you were to take my advise, please reduce to logo dimension and crop the empty gray area https://screencast.com/t/kZQYncdk3afh. Doing that will automatically adjust the header height.
