Hello, I have been working on a website and made a number of changes about a month ago. After logging in today to revisit and further modify the site. I see all the changes I have made have been rolled back losing a lot of work. There is a message saying ‘Congratulations, you’ve successfully updated X’. Any idea what has gone wrong?

Would you mind mentioning where you did the modifications? If you have made changes directly to the parent theme’s php files, the changes you have done will be lost when you update the theme that is why we strongly recommend making the changes through a child theme.
