Modern Sliders: specify which slide is highlighted on load

Is there a way to specify which slide is highlighted on load? I have a slider which displays pricing for event registration that is organized like a timeline. After a date is in the past I’d like to change the initially highlighted slide to the following one while still retaining the order. Is that possible? See the attached screenshot for reference.

Unfortunately, there is no such option for that. Still, I would suggest you check the Standard Testimonial Carousel Slider and replicate the same.
