This only happens when transitioning from the first slide (yellow colored one) to the next. Slide 1 -> 2. When you do that you can see the last slide show while it transitions and it only happens in that last stack.
Putting the link in the secure note. Any ideas?

Thanks for writing in!
In your Slide element, go to the Effects tab and set the Scroll > Exit > Opacity to 0.
This should prevent the slide from displaying during the transition.
