Modern Events - Event page distorted

Hi,
Initially the MEC plugin was displaying perfectly for single event page.Later when i set up integrity 5 demo content , the events page got totally distorted. All i need to see is a single event page , whereas it shows a list and search option in the single event page and the page is a total mess

All i need is the default white container to display the event details
Please let me know the fix

Hi All,
Figured it out myself. Removing the MEC Sidebar widget solved the issue
