The website is running version 3.3.5 but “Automatic update not available for this plugin”… Could you provide help, please?! The X license is activated and the theme is updated (6.4.6)

It’s the correct version, the 3.3.5 is the latest version bundled for the theme. Please check this https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195.
But if you’re trying to update it directly from the plugin author then I’m afraid you’ll have to buy a license from them.
