I have the following problem when booking appointments with Modern Events Calendar. Sometimes, when I click the ‘Submit’ button, it fades, but no loading indicator appears and then nothing else happens. How can I make sure it always works?

It will be very difficult to recognize the problem without seeing that. Can you please provide any video that helps us recognize the problem? We may be required to investigate the URL and the WordPress admin dashboard. Please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Since the last Update (7.25.0) and after deactivating Borlabs Cookie Opt-In everything seems to work fine again.
I would reach out again, if the error re-occurs.

I have tried to register a place and can do that. As you described, the issue occurs occasionally. Can you please give us some clues when this issue occurs? If possible, please create a video and add it to Google Drive and share the link ( Please remember to give access to all ).
It will help us to replicate the issue and narrow down the cause behind it.
Also, if possible, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I cannot say, when the error occurs. It seems to be random.
I have put up a staging site. Find the link in the secure note. Credentials remain the same

We cannot replicate the issue. If the issue only happens occasionally, it is not a bug. It is highly likely a result of poor server performance and/or effect of performance plugins in your site.
Please try copying your site in a completely different server without performance plugins. We need to experience the actual issue so we can submit a report to Modern Events Calendar author.
