Please make sure that your MEC plugin is activated.
You can also try adding it in classic text element instead of raw content element.
If it still doesn’t work please provide us your wordpress admin login in Secure Note

I don’t understand what happened here. The plugin is showing as not installed. I’ve been using it for some months now and new events were added just a couple weeks ago. What happened? Will all of my event info still be there if I reactivate?
Update: I took a chance and reinstalled. There are two versions of the plugin being displayed, the normal version and a lite version. I have no idea where the lite version came from. I have not activated anything yet. Awaiting your response. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! It is best that you delete both plugins first before re installing it. You will need to delete it manually to avoid corrupting your MEC events already added in the site. Please log in to your FTP and browse to the plugins folder wp-content/plugins/. You must delete all the MEC events plugin folder. When you re install it, simply go to X > Validation > Extensions and select the MEC plugin to install.

Thanks. If I manually delete the entire MEC events plugin folder, won’t that delete the events already added or are they stored in a different location?

The existing events and data shouldn’t be deleted if you delete it through FTP. But if you’ll delete through Wordpress admin, then there is a chance that it will be cleaned as some plugins tend to have that functionality upon uninstall.
