Modern Events Calendar - Shortcodes not working in Event Description page?

I’m trying to add a booking shortcode in the description section of an event, and it just shows the shortcode where the text would go.

So if I were to add WPForms shortcode, this wouldn’t work either.

Can you please share the page URL where you are having this issue, I would also suggest you share the following details for further investigation.

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
