Modern Events Calendar - No Update Package Available

I’ve been trying to update Modern Events Calendar for the last couple weeks and I keep getting the message “Update Package Not Available”. Do you know what’s happening here and what I can do to update it?

Ok. We’re on version 6.6.1. How do you suggest I update it without losing data.?

You need to go to the plugin and click on the update button

Please note that it is good practice to back up the site database and files before updating the plugin, theme, and WordPress core. You must purge all the cache after the update so that the latest code renders properly.
