If you are not receiving the confirmation email, there might be some issue with the SMTP server settings. I would suggest you contact your Hosting Service provider on this.
I have also checked your website and found that you are still using the older version of the X i.e. 9.0.8 and the Cornerstone version is 6.0.8. I would suggest you update the X by following the below steps.
- Delete the existing Cornerstone
- Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
- After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be in the latest version
And check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.
If after updating the X and Cornerstone the Point No. 2 does not resolves, there might be some issue with the cache or minification. I would suggest you deactivate the cache or the minification plugin temporarily and check if that resolves your issue. If not please create a video that helps us to recognize the problem you are having.
I have also investigated the Event page but can’t recognize the problem you described in point no. 3. If that is also not resolves after update, please create any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
