Modern Events Calendar Google Cal sync question

I just installed X theme extension Modern Events Calendar but in syning Google Cal it says
“Important Note: Set a cronjob to call /home/tellas5/public_html/leannacinquanta.com/wp-content/plugins/modern-events-calendar/app/crons/g-import.php file atleast once per day otherwise it won’t import Google Calendar events.”
Does this mean without this it wont sync my Google Cal? Where and how do I create a “cronjob”?

Please setup Cronjob inside WordPress installation. For best results, you may need to install a 3rd party Cronjob manager for easier task and management. Please take a look at following search result:
