Hi

Me again, sorry to bother you :frowning_face:

I’m using Modern Event and I need to export all the reservation made for all the events. I currently have 1280 reservations…

There is no way to make a global export, i need to use the reservation admin page (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=mec-books), open option panel and set the max item view to 1280 in order to export all the reservation.

Issue #1 : can’t do this as WP limit this max view to 999. And basicaly, 999 < 1280 :confused:

Issue #2 : even when I’m exporting only the 999 first reservations, the resuklt file is all messy, some names disapear, some mail are repeated on multiple place, etc.

When I export after filtering for only one event, there is absolutly no issues.

How can I export all my reservation at once without issues ?

Thanks for writing in.

That’s just for pagination and to export few events. If you plan on exporting all of them then you should go to Admin > M.E. Calendar > Import / Export > EXPORT, then export them.

Sorry, but the options in Admin > M.E. Calendar > Import / Export > EXPORT, the exported XML or CSV or XLS files contains only the events, not the reservation.
There is no option to export all the the reservation. The last line says “export some reservations” and link back to the reservation page…

Hey @AXEL,

Regretfully, we are not able to help with this limitation. What we can do is post this to our issue tracker so our development team can for this case to them when they go through the list of reports. For now, you will need to hire a developer to export the bookings (reservations) in the database for you and do so in a way that the data will remain intact.
