Hi,
We are using the MEC WC integration plugin and this is currently broken. MEC are telling me it is fixed in their latest update 5.0.5.
Please could you let me know when this will be released to your plugin repo for update?

Hello Mark,

We’re sorry you are having this issue. Unfortunately we don’t have ETA yet for MEC version 5.0.5 because this update was just release yesterday Jan 29,2020. Rest assured that we tried our best to release it as soon as compatibility testing is done. Thank you for understanding.

Hi,

The lack of timely updates for bundled plugins is really causing an issue.

I am trying to use an addon from MEC - WooCommerce integration - and they are telling me the issue I’m experiencing is fixed in a newer version.

Theme.co are now three version behind - two minor and one major release (5.0.2, 5.0.5, 5.1.0)

I would be most grateful if you could expedite the update to the newest version so that I can confirm their plugin works and complete my customers project.

Since writing ^ - Webnus have kindly supplied me with the 5.1.0 update and I can confirm it does now work with their WooCommerce Integration.

Hi Christian,

Yes, I’m glad it’s working too - but it’s not an ideal situation having to get a free update from a plugin provider due to the slow rollout of updates by the theme provider.

Are there any plans to improve the speed of turnaround from of plugin updates to rollout?

Hey Mark,

We do try to release bundled plugins update. We test the bundled plugins compatibility with our theme before we release updates though and that varies depending on what’s included in the update.
