Modern Event Calendar -Tickets not available

Hi,

I have a client that have an event with tickets set up. There were 100 tickets in stock, someone bought a single ticket and now no one can buy a ticket.

Can you help please. I have had a look and can not see the problem for the life of me

Hi Scot,

I couldn’t find the Modern Event Calendar plugin in that website.

Could you please double check?

Meanwhile, please follow up the steps below:

  1. Make sure the version of Modern Event Calendar plugin is: 4.2.4
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Switch to the Twenty Nineteen theme to check if the issue persists.
  4. Turn off all the cache plugins.

Thank you for the subtle way you pointed out my error :slight_smile:

So much work on at the moment that I assumed it was MEC as all of my event websites except this one use MEC.
My mistake, and I’ll take this up with the event plugin developers
