Modern Event Calendar: booking form missing

I want to create a booking form for a daily event. Users should be able to book for an event only the following day, and only one day before the event.
I tried every setting, with all ranges, but the booking form is showing nowhere. Does anyone have a clue?
The plugin and X theme are both the latest version.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure what’s your current setup but in case you haven’t check this https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/add-a-booking-system/ then please do so . And sometimes it could be due to cache too, if there is a cache feature or plugin then I recommend turning them off while we’re investigating this.

Then please provide your admin login credentials and URL where the event is in the secure note.
